Alfred Nobel was born on 21 October 1833 in Stockholm, Sweden. His father Immanuel Nobel was an inventor but uneducated. When Alfred was 4 years old, his father had to go to Russia. After the bankruptcy of the Nitroglycerin Firm in 1859, Nobel’s father emigrated to Sweden and started producing nitroglycerin. In 1864, Noble’s younger brother died along with several worker laborers when the factory exploded.

The building was completely demolished. Due to the lack of permission to restore the factory, they continued to produce by constructing a dam at Malaren Sarovar. His research focused on the safe transport of nitroglycerin. One day, suddenly nitroglycerin was absorbed into a special organic packing and turned into a dry substance. With this new discovery, he went ahead and succeeded in building Dynamite. Staying at his house at Alfred’s, he studied science, literature, chemistry, physics.

At the age of 17, he had learned to speak Russian, French, Germany, English language fluent. His father wanted to make him an engineer. Sent to Paris to become a chemical engineer. He met the Parisian chemist Askanio Subarero who invented nitroglycerin. If a drop of this powerful substance was hit on the table and hit it with a hammer, it would explode with a terrible explosion and the handle would slide away. Subrero was injured by this invention. When Alfred returned to St. Pittsburgh in 1852, father and son started researching in this direction.

He became rich in the mineral oil industry after coming to Stockholm. When he was preparing explosives using nitroglycerin, his brother Emil and his fellow workers were killed during a terrible explosion in 1864. After this terrible accident, Alfred continued the permanent and useful use of nitroglycerin. In 1866, at the age of 33, Alfred was reversing the test tube filled with nitroglycerin that the test tube suddenly fell down.

Coincidentally, this test tube fell into a box filled with wood sawdust, which was absorbed by the sawdust. If it had fallen down, all the people working in the laboratory, including Alfred, would have died. After examining the nitroglycerin found in the wood powder, it was found that it does not contain as much explosive as it was in liquid form. Therefore, he mixed nitroglycerin with silica and prepared a paste that could be converted into sticks of the desired shape. These sticks were easy to use and exploded.

Alfred Nobel also invented the detonator. He now considered commercial use of his invented explosive dynamite. In 1867, he obtained a British patent of dynamite, in 1868 a US patent. In 1889, he made a smokeless explosive named Ballistite. Among his 335 patents, he also obtained patents for synthetic rubber, leather and synthetic silk. He also built a huge factory for explosives.

After this one to one factory made new experiments one by one. The railway line was being built by the explosions prepared by him. Dig the mountains and make paths. Mines were being dug. They had accumulated a lot of money. In 1875, Alfred’s finger was cut off while using. He applied coladian gum substance on it. The mucous membrane was formed by the action of nitroglycerin with colloidal. Now he heated the colloidal with nitroglycerin and became a powerful explosive, which he named Dynamite Gum.

Dheer Dheer, in other places, Nobel (Alfred Nobel) opened explosive factories for which he had to run to run, which caused his health to decline. He was not attracted to his beautiful secretary Bertha, but could not speak. He married a young Austrian man. Thus the nobles remained unmarried. Alfred used to think that when all the countries of the world become powerful, peace will prevail on their own because the desire to destroy and conquer each other will automatically end, but it could not happen.

Alfred Nobel was not only a skilled inventor but also a successful industrialist and an advocate of human peace. He had provided pension, insurance, health facilities at that time for the welfare of the employees. For those doing noble work of Noble, donated the entire part of their property according to the will. He did not have any kind of discrimination with scientists, litterateurs etc. He was also a poet heart. He was very fond of books. His personal library was stocked with the books of various philosophers, historians, scientists, litterateurs, he was missing the life of family and lack of good health.

He was very sad to know that Dynamite is being used for human killing in his last days. Tragic death on 10 December 1896 in Sanarmo, Italy. Alfred has given 92 million dollars of wealth to those doing remarkable work in literature and science. In the beginning of 1901, the value of the amount of this award was estimated at 8 lakhs. This award is given annually by the Government of Sweden on 10 December for peace.

In the year 1901, for the first time in memory of Alfred Noble, the credit for the discovery of the x-ray beam to Wilhelm Röntgen in physics, Jean Henri Dunant and Frédéric Passy in the field of peace, Sully Prudhomme in literature, Watthaf in the field of chemistry And in the field of medicine Emil von Behring was found. The woman who received the first Nobel Prize was Madame Curie, who received this award in both physics and chemistry. His two generations won 5 Nobel Prizes. So far 5 Indians have got the distinction of receiving this award, which includes Tagore, CV Raman, Mother Teresa, Amartya Sen, Chandrasekhar Venkataraman.

Alfred Nobel will remain immortal in this world even today, because he provided such a huge example of his huge heart by providing such a huge amount of money for the great people working for the benefit of humanity. The whole world will remember him for this contribution for his lifetime. His dynamite is still used in road making for digging tunnels, making dams and for peace. The dynamite used for destruction in wars was a curse for him.
